During your Business Planning work flow, you may want to look up all past and future Activities for a Contact. Once on the Activities page is displayed, you can filter it by Subject, Summary, Type, whom is it Regarding, Originator, and time.
To View Contact Activities:
- Navigate to the Contact details page by doing one of the following:
- Search for the Contact and select the Contact name.
- Click on the Contacts tab and select the contact Name.
- Click on the Contact Types tab and select the Contact name from Favorites or select All, drill down to the Contact name, and then click on the Contact name.
- Click on the Lists tab and select the Contact name from Favorites or select the appropriate List and drill down to the Contact(s) name, and then mark the check box(es) in front of the Contact(s) name.
- Click on the Activities tab in the center of the page. The Activities will be sorted with the most recent Activity at the top of the List. The Activities screen for the Contact will be displayed.
- To filter and sort Activities, do any of the following:
- The page defaults to the Past 3 months. You can select a different range by clicking on Past 3 months. Several preset ranges are in the left column. The middle column is for the start date, and the right column is for the end date of the range to display.
- Click the filter symbol
next to a column heading to begin setting the filter. For example, to display only faxes sent to a Contact, click the filter symbol
next to Type and type "fax" in the Filter Type... space.
