Your organization's Opportunities display on the Pipeline Management tab. From here, you can view the list of Opportunities from a high level and drill down to the specifics. You can also configure the page and sort and filter the contents. For example, you may want to view only Opportunities that are due soon or for one Practice Group.
Opportunity data grid enhancements require on-prem API 1.3.2601.1905 and database update 26M01. Please visit the Support Site for installation instructions. Users with the Essentials Data+ tier can view Objectives, Initiatives, and Opportunities, and can link Activities and Tasks to Objectives. Creating or editing Objectives is restricted to the Strategic Data tier.
View and Analyze Opportunities in Lists
When you open Pipeline Management, opportunities are displayed in a list view that lets you review and analyze your pipeline before opening individual records.
Navigate between My Opportunities, Open Opportunities, Closed Opportunities, and All Opportunities using the dropdown menu below the Pipeline Management header.
You can use the list to sort, filter, and customize the information you see.
Customize Columns
You can choose which opportunity fields appear in the list.
To customize columns:
In Client Insights, select Pipeline Management from the menu on the left.

Select the Columns dropdown above the opportunity list.
Choose up to 15 fields to display and click Apply.

Drag a column header and drop it in the designated area to group by that column.
Resize columns as needed.
Your column selections are saved automatically.
Filter Opportunities
You can filter opportunities directly in the list to focus on specific segments of your pipeline.
To filter opportunities:
Select the three-dot menu
on a column header.

Choose filter options based on the field type:
Text fields (contains, equals)
Date fields (using a date picker)
Numeric or currency fields (greater than, less than)
Apply the filter.
You can apply multiple filters at the same time. Filters stack, allowing you to narrow results progressively.
Sort and Group Opportunities
Select a column header to sort results in ascending or descending order.
Grouping options may be available depending on context, allowing you to organize opportunities by fields such as stage or owner.
Export Opportunity Data
You can export opportunities from the opportunity list as a CSV file. The export reflects your current list view, including selected columns, applied filters, and sort order.
To export opportunity data as a CSV file
In Client Insights, select Pipeline Management from the menu on the left.
Apply any filters, sorting, or column selections you want to include in the export.
Select Actions above the opportunity list.
Select Export CSV.
Download the CSV file.
The exported CSV file includes:
the columns currently displayed in the list
any filters applied to the list

the current sort order
Only the data visible in your current list view is included in the exported CSV file.
Troubleshooting
I don't see grid filtering or column options.
- Your environment may not be upgraded yet.
- Your firm may be rolling out features in phases.
- Contact your administrator if grid options are unavailable.
My filters return no results.
- Review active filters. Multiple stacked filters may exclude all records.
- Clear filters and reapply them one at a time.
