The Client Insights Module's main Contacts page displays detailed contact information and updates based on selections from the Sidebar Tabs. The page provides quick access to various features through the Search Bar, Tool Bar, and Actions Menu, enabling users to manage and filter data efficiently while also showing contact status icons across the module.
Pictured below is the Client Insights Module main Contacts page, or the Contact Overview page. When you select an option from the Sidebar, the main page, or grid, will change to display the Tab functionality

Sidebar: Contains Tabs for Proxy selection, Contacts, Lists, Reports, Reminders, Alerts, Business Planning, Pipeline Management, Business Development videos, and Settings.
Business Planning and Pipeline Management are only available to Strategic Tier users.
- Search Bar: Use to find data within CIM such as Contacts, Lists, Initiatives, and Objectives.
- Tool Bar: Provides quick access to features, Alerts, and the CIM Answer Center from any page in CIM.
- Contact update notifications: Indicates the number of Contacts that have pending updates so that you can save them to your Contact list.
- Actions Menu: Use to complete actions such as removing Contacts from My Contacts, adding Activities, Adding Contacts to Lists, adding and removing a Contact to a Category, sending emails, managing Contacts, and merging Contacts.
- Grid Header: Use to filter, sort, and reconfigure the Main page or Tab contents by name, job title, company, phone, and email. You can also sort the columns.
- Main Page: Displays information selected from the Tab. The main page, or grid, contents changes when you click on each of the Tabs on the far left.
