Configuring Alert Preferences

Alerts are notifications sent in response to events about specific Contacts. You can view a quick summary of upcoming alters or you can filter Alerts to view Alerts on a specific subject, Contact, Company, type, originator, or time frame. If it is enabled by your system administrator, you can also download the List of Alerts to a .csv file.
