The Upcoming Activities tile helps you keep track of your meetings and events. It shows up to four upcoming activities where you're involved, and you can click on them for more details or add new activities directly from the dashboard. If needed, you can also view the full list of activities with one click.
The Upcoming Activities tile will help you manage and best prepare meetings.
When you open Client Insights, you'll see the Upcoming Activities tile.
You will see up to 4 Activities of any type where you are the linked contact.
- View Activity details by clicking on the Activity title.

Click Add Activity to open the New Activity screen. Your name is automatically added in the Linked To field.
- Click View All to open the full list of activities.
