InterAction+ Home is a single-view dashboard designed to help you capture critical client information and stay on top of your key connections. It provides easy access to your contacts, tasks, reports, and marketing lists, along with reminders, alerts, and other tools to manage relationships effectively. Note that you will see InterAction+ Home only if your API and database meet the required version, so be sure to update accordingly.
Capturing critical client information is the first step in securing at-risk relationships. InterAction+ Home is a single-view dashboard designed to help you make sure no important connections slip through the cracks.
You’ll see InterAction+ Home only if your API and database meet certain requirements. Please refer to InterAction+ On-Premise API (hybrid cloud) to download the latest .zip file and access installation instructions.
The InterAction+ Home screen can be divided into several areas:

Navigation Bar: To access most of InterAction+, you will navigate to the functionality through the Tabs on the Navigation Bar.
- Proxy: Defaults to Myself. This Tab indicates whether you are acting as yourself or as a Proxy for someone else.
- Contacts: Lists personal Contacts previously called My Contacts. These are contacts you have entered and wish to keep easily accessible. Individual Contacts may or may not be shared with the firm.
- Contact Types: Lists Contacts, organized by types that your firm configures and manages. For instance, there may be lists for clients, personnel, and prospects, among others.
- Lists: Includes Contact lists organized into categories that InterAction+ users have specified. Users can create Working Lists of contacts here. Marketing Lists also display here.
- Reports: Redirects the user to a Power BI reports. The location of the Power BI report is configured by InterAction+ administrators. Note: This functionality is available only to users with Strategic Tier licensing.
- Business Planning: Displays tables containing the firm's Objectives and Initiatives used to manage the firm's strategic data to help achieve the firm's goals.
- Pipeline Management: Displays the prospects and business proposals by the firm. Specific business proposals are managed as Opportunities. Business Planning and Pipeline Management features are only available to Strategic Data users.
- Tasks: Used to track the firm's Tasks and Tasks assigned to the user or others at the firm.
- Reminders: Notifications set by the user and then sent back to them in email at a specific time, possibly recurring. They're often set by a user as a reminder of an event.
- Alerts: Notifications sent in response to events about specific Contacts.
- Settings: Used by end users to set personal preferences and System Administrators to configure Client Insights for the entire firm.
- Product Switcher: Use to link your InterAction+ Hybrid account within their greater LexisNexis ecosystem and enable premium content integrations.
- Global Search Bar: Use to find data within CIM such as Contacts, Lists, Objectives, Initiatives, Opportunities, and Activities.

Toolbar: Provides quick access to adding features, Alerts, and the CIM Answer Center from any page in CIM.

Global Add button allows you to add a number of items (e.g., contacts, tasks, activities, etc.)

Alerts allow you to see how Contacts important to you are engaging with the firm. Alert update notifications indicate the number of unread Alerts in real time.

You can view your Contact page, submit an idea to the InterAction Ideas Portal or sign out from here.

- Important Contacts with Low Engagement: Indicates target relationships that need additional engagement from your Working List.
- Contacts I Know: Shows the percentage (%) of the Contacts with weak connections based on settings established by the Firm Administrator. Click this tile to open the Contacts I Know tab in the Contacts page.
- My Tasks: Visual reminder of the number of overdue Tasks assigned to the you. Click this tile to open Overdue Tasks.
- Contacts Meeting Co-workers: This field lists upcoming meetings scheduled between the Contacts on your linked Working List and your co-workers.
- People I've Lost Touch With: Contacts you know that you have not had Activity with in the past 90 days.
- Upcoming Activities: List of upcoming Activities on your calendar. Up to 4 activities are displayed.
Proxy access is not currently supported. Proxy users will be re-directed to the Contacts page.
