You can display groups of Contacts as Lists. Lists allow you complete actions on more than one Contact at a time. Examples of Lists include Marketing Lists and Working Lists for your projects. Working Lists can be created by any user, but Marketing Lists can only be created by System Administrators.
- Contact Types Tab contains Lists that are created by the firm, grouped broadly by type of Contact. Those types might include categories such as Top Clients or Our Consultants.
- Favorites contain Lists of Contacts that the user has marked as a favorite to quickly access. Favorites may be from the Contact types List or other Lists.
- Marketing List contains Lists of Contacts for Marketing Lists without sponsorship. A Marketing List is frequently used for events and other Lists that do not require sponsorship. A Marketing List without sponsorship stores the Contacts on the List, but without the additional sponsor information. Only System Administrators can create Marketing Lists.
- Sponsored List contains Lists of Contacts for Marketing Lists that are sponsored. A Sponsored List collects one or more sponsors for each Contact added to the List. A sponsor is the professional user who wanted the Contact included on the List or the person on whose behalf marketing will send mailings.
- Working Lists contains Lists or Contacts created by users for their use outside of marketing. All users can create Working Lists.
