Setting Home Preferences

System Administrators can define Weak Connections from the Home Preferences menu.

The default setting for this field shows relationships where the last engagement date was 90 days ago or older.

  1. Select the Firm Settings Tab.

  2. Under General Management, select Home Preferences.

  3. You can choose between two options:

    • Last engagement date: Filters results to only show Contacts I Know with the last engagement date of N days ago or more.
      • Select from: 30 days, 60 days, 90 days (default), 6 months, 1 year
    • IQ strength level: Filters results to only show Contacts I Know with the IQ level of N or less.
      • Select from: Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5, Level 6 or Level 7
  4. Click Save.
