Use Bulk Entity Matching to automatically identify potential matches between your firm’s company contacts and companies in the InterAction+ database. This feature reduces the need to manually search for potential company matches.
Bulk Entity Matching runs automatically on the first day of each month at 12:00 a.m. ET (UTC-05:00/UTC-04:00). Potential matches are added to Review Contact Matches, where users can review the results and take action.
To use Bulk Entity Matching, enable it in Firm Settings. No additional configuration is required.
