General Information
If InterAction+™ recognizes a new contact has the same email address as a Firm contact, it considers it a Possible Duplicate These Possible Duplicates display for your review in the Duplicate Contacts tab (instead of being added to Firm contact list). During your review, you can choose to add it to the firm list, merge it with up to two other Firm contacts, or delete it.
To avoid system lags, don't run data processes in the Windows Client when you're resolving duplicates in CIM Data Minder.

Terminology
-
Possible Duplicates are new contacts that InterAction+ has recognized as sharing the same email address with a firm contact. Instead of adding these new contacts to the Firm list, InterAction+ has listed them here for review.
-
Possible Matches : Under each Possible Duplicate is a list of Possible Matches that InterAction+ has found in the Firm list.

- From the left menu, click Data Minder.
- Open the Duplicate Contacts tab.
- All Possible Duplicates display.
-
Optional: To narrow the possible duplicates by Contact Type, Contact Source, or List, click Filter and make your selection(s). The filters are immediately applied to the list.
