You can configure Client Insights to send Reminders to your predefined personal preferences. The settings for reminders include sending email in HTML or plain text format, receiving weekly or daily reminders, and the default repeat time for new reminders.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Under Notifications, select Reminder Preferences.
- Select the desired options:
- Email Format
- HTML
- Text

Delivery Options: When you want to receive reminder notifications
- Daily: on weekdays
- Weekly: Select the day of the week

New Reminders: Select the initial settings applied to new reminders
- Repeat every: Select the number of months or weeks
- Select either Month(s) or Week(s)
- Save your changes.
