Daily Digest is a recurring email that is delivered to your inbox with information to help you stay on top of your client engagements. Available for users with an Essentials Data + license and above, the email includes an overview of today’s meetings and upcoming Activities and Tasks that need your attention. This email is configurable on a user-by-user basis so that you can get the information you need to see delivered to your inbox when your day starts.
You will need an Essentials Data + license or above to access the Daily Digest for Tasks and Activities. Opportunities require require on-prem API 1.3.2601.1905 and database update 26M01. Please visit the Support Site for installation instructions.

Configure Daily Digest Emails
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Under Notifications, select Daily Digest Preferences.
- Click on the slider to Enable Email Digest Notifications.
- Under Notification Preferences:
- Select the days of the week that you would like to receive Daily Digest emails, or click Check All to receive emails everyday.

Select the time you would like to receive your Daily Digest email.
We recommend setting your email to arrive in the morning so you have a chance to prepare for your day. The time and time zone at which the email will be sent will be the same as your internet browser.
- Under What to include in your Daily Digest Email?, select the information you want to display in the Today's Meeting section of your Daily Digest emails.
- Today's Meetings:
- Title and Date - this is a required field if you select any other field from this section.
- Meeting Description
- Contacts
- Coworkers
- Company's Next Activity

Company's Last Activity
Today's Meetings will show events from Outlook® Calendar Sync that you are the originator of or are linked to.
- Under My Tasks select Overdue Tasks or Upcoming Tasks, or uncheck both boxes to omit this section.
- Under My Activities select Past Activities or Upcoming Activities or uncheck both boxes to omit this section.
- Under My Opportunities, select New, Updated or Closed, or uncheck the boxes to omit this section.
- Under All Opportunities, select New, Updated or Closed, or uncheck the boxes to omit this section.
- Today's Meetings:

Click Save.
Congratulations! You are now all set up to receive your customized Daily Digest emails.
These emails will be sent to the business address on your contact record.
Verify Your Email Address on File
- Click View My Contact under your username.

Click the edit icon
and click Edit Firm Contact.
The email displayed under Primary Email is the email that your Daily Digest emails will be sent to.
Unsubscribe from Daily Digest Emails
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Under Notifications, select Daily Digest Preferences.
- Click on the Enable Email Digest Notifications to turn it off.
You can also click on the Manage your email preferences link at the bottom of your Daily Digest email to manage your settings.
Daily Digest Email - Today's Meetings
Today's Meetings provides a high-level report in the e-mail that shows the meeting title, date, meeting description, contacts, co-workers also attending the meeting and associated company activities. Your meeting report may differ based on your selections in What to include in your Daily Digest Email? in your Daily Digest Preferences.
Today's Meetings will show events from Outlook® Calendar Sync that you are the originator of or are linked to. Make sure that you have the Outlook® Calendar Sync enabled. To learn more, visit our Answer Center page InterAction+™ CIM Calendar Sync.
- Click on the Meeting Title to view the meeting in Client Insights. The Activity Type is Outlook Calendar Event.

The meeting description is the same as the Include text from appointment body feature in Outlook® Sync Calendar Configuration.
Attendees for this Meeting:
- Contacts associated with the meeting are listed. Click on the contact name to open the Contact page in Client Insights.

Coworkers associated with the meeting are listed. Click on the coworker name to open the Contact page in Client Insights.
Associated Company Activities:
- Next Activity will open. Click the activity title to open the View Activity window in Client Insights.
- Last Activity will Click the activity title to open the View Activity window in Client Insights.
- Click View All View All to open the full list of Activities associated with the company.
Daily Digest Email - Activities
Activities in your Daily Digest email are split in to Upcoming Activities and Past Activities.

Upcoming Activities - Lists up to three activities that you are linked to.
- If you have no Upcoming Activities, you can click on the Add Activity button to open the New Activity window in Client Insights.

Click on the Activity title to open the View Activity window in Client Insights.
You can also click View All to open your full list of upcoming Activities.
- Past Activities - Lists the last three activities that you are linked to. As a best practice, Past Activities can remind you to add notes to the activities so you can stay organized.
Daily Digest Email - Tasks
Tasks in your Daily Digest email are split into Upcoming Tasks and Overdue Tasks.
- Upcoming Tasks - Lists up to two tasks that are assigned to you.
- If you have no Upcoming Tasks, you can click on the Add Task button to open the New Task window in Client Insights.

Overdue Tasks - Lists up to three overdue tasks that are assigned to you.
Click on the Task title to open the View Task window in Client Insights.
You can also click View All to open your full list of Tasks.
Daily Digest Email - Opportunities
Opportunities in your Daily Digest email are divided into My Opportunities and All Opportunities.
Each of these sections is further categorized into New Opportunities, Updated Opportunities, and Closed Opportunities.

New Opportunities - Lists up to ten new opportunities and, if applicable, includes the formal pitch, estimated revenue, estimated close date, stage, owner, practice group, and date opened.
Click on the Opportunity title to open the opportunity in Client Insights.

Updated Opportunities - Lists up to ten recently updated opportunities and, if applicable, includes the formal pitch, estimated revenue, estimated close date, stage, owner, practice group, and date the stage was changed.
Click on the Opportunity title to open the opportunity in Client Insights.

Closed Opportunities - Lists up to ten recently closed opportunities and, if applicable, includes the formal pitch, estimated revenue, estimated close date, stage, owner, practice group, and outcome.
Click on the Opportunity title to open the opportunity in Client Insights.
You can also click View All to open your full list of Opportunities.
