The Contact Relationship Card lets you easily view engagement and relationship data for people and company contacts. For people contacts, you can access key details like outreach optimization, ordered by engagement levels, while for company contacts, you can toggle between a full network view and a focused view of your coworkers. Note that IQ must be purchased separately to access relationship score data.
Contact Relationship Card - People Contacts
- Click on the Contacts tab.
- Click on the Contact for whom you want to view the Contact Relationship.
- If necessary, scroll down to the Relationship Card.
- The default view is My Coworkers who Know this Contact. This view supports optimized outreach and improves business development efforts.
- Relationships are ordered from highest to lowest engagement.

Contact Relationship Card - Company Contacts
The Contact Relationship Card for Companies will display the new Who Knows Whom view. This view features a relationship insights table and a mini-grid that highlights key contacts and their engagement levels.

Click on the Contacts tab.

Select a Company contact whose relationship you want to review.

If necessary, scroll down to the Relationship Card.

The default view is Who Knows Whom. At the top of the panel, you will see options to toggle between Contacts and Coworkers.

Contacts View:

Displays every external contact associated with the company.
- Shows comprehensive details such as names, job titles, and engagement scores.
- This view is useful when you need a complete picture of the network.

Coworkers View:
- Filters the list to show only your firm’s coworkers who are connected to the company contact.
- Provides a focused and streamlined view of internal relationships.

- Examine Engagement Metrics:
- The Highlights section indicates the contacts with the Strongest Engagement and the Most Relationships.

Strongest Engagement: Measures the overall relationship score across all contacts in the company.

Most Relationships: Measures the total "knows" relationships a contact has across the company.
