CourtLink® offers the largest collection of courts, dockets and documents plus powerful alert and search features. Integrating CourtLink's dockets into InterAction+ helps you make the most of the litigation landscape in real time, offering prime business development opportunities. This integration eliminates the need to switch between multiple applications, saving you valuable time and enhancing your productivity.
Users with an active CourtLink subscription can access Docket details. Those with both an active CourtLink subscription and a CourtLink Gen-AI entitlement subscription, along with either Snapshot Email Alerts or Everything CourtLink with Snapshot, will also see gen-AI summaries of the complaint.
Before You Begin
Ensure that your InterAction+ and CourtLink accounts are linked. For more information about features or products not currently included in your subscription, contact your LexisNexis Account Representative.
Dockets
To view dockets, go to a Company Contact profile and click on the Dockets tab.
- Dockets Tab: Users with a CourtLink account will be able to see up to 15 high-level dockets

Filters: CourtLink filter options are directly sourced from the platform, ensuring consistency with the data and providing a familiar experience for users. Up to 200 filters can be applied at any one time to allow for precise searches within the system.
- Available filter options include:
- Case Status
- Case Type
- Cause
- Court
- Keyword
- Litigation Area
- These filters are dynamic, meaning that selecting one can change the availability of others, making searches more efficient. For instance, choosing "Patent Infringement" might limit other filters to those related to that case type.
- Users can also use search bars within the filters to quickly find specific terms or categories like "intellectual property," allowing for more focused searches without having to look through all options manually.
- Available filter options include:
- Case Name: Click on the case name, or the Open in CourtLink button to open the docket in CourtLink. Click the View all in CourtLink to view the entire list for the company in CourtLink.

Docket Details:
- Status: Open or Closed
- Filed date
- Docket number
- Litigant
- Nature of suit
- Copy Link: Copy the docket link to view in CourtLink

Actions:
- Select All
- Multi-Select individual dockets
- Actions drop down: Select Hide or Unhide All
- Clicking Unhide All will only show the top 15 most recent dockets. Hidden dockets outside of the date range will not display.
- Snapshot: Users with CourtLink Gen-AI Complaint Summaries will see a working summary of the complaints, providing the user with an immediate understanding of the filing. Snapshot on Lexis® CourtLink® uses Lexis+ AI technology to create summaries for complaints.
Snapshot is only available for users with an active CourtLink Gen-AI entitlement subscription PLUS Snapshot Email Alerts or Everything CourtLink with Snapshot.
