InterAction+™ CIM tracks Activities, such as meetings, emails, and employment changes for Contacts. An Activity summary is displayed on the Contact Details page. You can filter Activities by Activity Type and date.
To Navigate to Contact Activities:
- Click on the Contacts Tab.
Click on the Contact for whom you want to view Activities. The Activities card is pictured below:

Hover your mouse over the Activities frame to display a stacked area chart (pictured below) that gives the number of activities of various types over time.
- Define the year displayed on the chart by selecting a year from the Current menu.
Filter the Activities by type by selecting the Activity types from the list. Only the Activities you selected will be reflected in the chart. You are limited to selecting 15 Activities from the list to display in the chart.
Your System Administrator may have preset the Activities from which you can select.
A detailed view of activities with a contact can be reached either by selecting Activities from the horizontal menu in the center of the page or clicking VIEW ALL on the Activities card. The detailed view is pictured below:
To change the date range for the list of Activities, click the date range above the list. A window to configure the date range will be displayed:
- If your System Administrator has enabled it, you can also download the Activities by clicking the download button
