You can add multiple email addresses and phone numbers from the Phones and Addresses tab in Contact Overview. If there are multiple addresses on file for a contact, you can tie new phone numbers or email addresses to a specific address. This allows you to manage all communication channels for contacts, making it easier to keep your records up-to-date and accurate
Go to the Contact Overview page of the contact you want to update.
Supported Contact Types are Shared, Firm Contacts and My Contacts.
- Click on the Phones and Addresses tab.
- Click the Add
button to open the entry form for a new contact method.
Enter details in the form.
For Email Addresses:
- Click +Add Email to input one or multiple email addresses.
Choose the desired type, then click Save. Note that available options may differ depending on the contact type. For more details, please review the chart below.
Personal Contact Company Contact Alternate Business, Alternate Home, Business, Business2, Personal/Home, Other. Alternate Business, Alternate Home, Business, Business2, Personal/Home, Other, Computer. For Phone Numbers:
- Click +Add Phone to add one or multiple phone numbers.

Refer to the guidelines at the bottom of the form to see which fields are mandatory.
- Associate with an Address (If Applicable): If the contact has multiple addresses, select the address you want to associate with the new email address or phone number. This association helps keep your records organized
- Click Save. The update information is now directly displayed on the contact card.
- Edit or Delete if Needed
- To edit or delete an entry, return to the contact card and click the edit
icon.
- Make the necessary changes or use the Remove
option to remove outdated information.
